Telesales Executive – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced telesales executive to go to market with our new cloud product.

Your role will be to contact cold and warm leads to build relationships, talk to prospective clients about our products (and assist them in the signup process) and setup appointments for larger prospects to meet face to face with our business development team.

You will be part of a talented business development team who are trail-blazing the iGaming industry with our industry leading products.

Responsibilities:

  • • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
  • • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
  • • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by being research hungry
